RETURN POLICY

Except as otherwise noted, every product purchased at PrintSpace3D.com has a return policy within 14 calendar days from the original delivery date. If the original purchaser finds any item to be faulty you may return or exchange the item within 14 days. To return a printer, please contact PrintSpace for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  1. PrintSpace 3D will not refund the original shipping cost nor the shipping and handling fees related to a printer’s return by the original purchaser.
  2. Any item found to be broken or malfunctioning because of use beyond regular expectations or neglect by the customer will not be accepted for return. No refund will be granted for printers which have been tampered with in any manner which jeopardizes the ability for PrintSpace 3D to remarket or resell the printer.
  3. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material,  manuals, and accessories. The customer is responsible to insure the printer is insured for the full value when shipping back to PrintSpace 3D. Products that are damaged in shipping may have their warranty voided due to misuse.
  4. When returning an item for exchange, the returned item must be received by PrintSpace 3D before a replacement item is shipped out. If you need a rush replacement, you are welcome to purchase a replacement to be shipped out immediately. You will then be reimbursed 7-10 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  5. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which percentage is taken from the final purchase price less any shipping or handling charges.
  6. Unopened filament will be accepted for returns within 14 days.
  7. Opened consumables do not qualify for a refund.

SHIPPING: PHYSICAL CONDITIONS

The following Physical Conditions are unacceptable for all Returns (including replacements, exchanges & refunds):

  • Cut & Stripped Wires (Missing circuit boards, motors, or Power Connectors)
  • Evidence of Tampering (Broken Seals, Spliced Wires, etc.)
  • Damaged Electronics (Missing Buttons, Damaged Circuit Boards, etc.)
  • Dents, Scuffs, and Scratches of any kind
  • Missing Parts (Cables, Screws, Manuals, Software, other Accessories etc.)
  • Foreign Materials (Experimental (self manufactured) filaments, Adhesive & other Sealants, Adhesive Residue, Oil, Dirt, etc.)
  • Original Product Boxes that have been Damaged or have Markings

**All returns for refund are subject to a 10% restocking fee.**
